Eye Dark Circles

Under Eyes Dark circles are the most common skin ailment that people suffer specially in the Middle Ages. Though there are many way outs of dark circles but no one knows the real causes and their cures. There are plenty of steps, which can help you prevent the dark circles.

Get plenty of sleep nightly. It’s not entirely clear why inadequate sleep results in dark circles under the eyes, but we’ve all seen it happen either to ourselves or someone we know. For one thing, lack of sleep tends to cause the skin to become paler, and it reduces circulation. It’s also believed that too little time lying down is a cause in itself. Determine how much sleep you need and try to get that amount regularly for a couple of weeks to see if that helps.

Treat your skin while you sleep. There are overnight facial masques available that may help reduce the appearance of puffiness or discoloration, but you can also make your own. Just before you go to bed, take a washcloth and wet it just a bit with cold water. Then squeeze out any excess water and place it over your eyes as you sleep.

Schedule a blood test with your physician. Establish whether or not this condition runs in your family. Dark circles are believed to frequently be hereditary. Dark circles under eyes may also, in fact, be light carbon deposits that result from incomplete protein digestion. Incomplete protein digestion may result from insufficient hydrochloric acid in your stomach that may be caused from a lack of primarily B6 and Folic Acid. About 30% of the population does not absorb regular B6 (pydroxine) or folic acid and need to take in these vitamins in a different form or another way.

Identify allergens. Allergies may be the most common cause of skin discoloration under the eyes. If allergies are the root of your problem, you simply need to treat them or remove the allergen (i.e., the thing to which you are allergic). Seasonal allergy problems such as the hay fever can frequently be effectively treated with over-the-counter and prescription medications. For other allergies the best course of action is usually avoidance.

How To Get Rid Of Dark Circles

Often in our thirties after a long schedule of work we tend to get dark circles. Dark Circles are very common for people who work late nights and people with poor food habits. Caloric Restriction for Anti-Aging

Can calorie restriction really delay or even prevent human aging? The jury is still out on how calorie restriction for anti-aging effects people but studies have proven that for many organisms, curtailing the amount of calories consumed can significantly extend life span.

Caloric Restriction and Anti-Aging: The Only Proven Life-Extension Technique
In terms anti-aging, caloric restriction is quite different from a standard weight loss diet. By definition, caloric restriction for anti-aging means consuming 20 - 30 percent fewer calories than your body needs to maintain its ideal weight, while still consuming sufficient amounts of vitamins and other nutrients.

Though research has shown that similar regimes have effectively extended the lives of a number of organisms including yeast, worms, flies, and rodents, there have been no large or long-term studies of how caloric restriction for anti-aging effects humans.

It is believed that caloric restriction triggers a survival mechanism in some organisms that normally have short lifespans, enabling them to outlive food shortages. Reducing the calorie consumption of young rodents by 30 to 60 percent increased their maximum lifespans by the same percentage, while reducing the calorie consumption of adult rodents by 44 percent extended their maximum lifespan by 10 to 20 percent.

In addition, rodents fed a restricted calorie diet also developed fewer age-related diseases, and the onset of those diseases was delayed. The studies also showed that calorie restriction effectively decreased the deterioration of nerves in the brain among animals with neural disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease and stroke.

But Does It Work The Same Way In Humans?
While research on the effects of caloric restriction in humans is limited, a number of small studies show potential for health improvement. It has been suggested that caloric restriction for anti-aging may improve memory in older adults, and improvements in blood pressure, cholesterol level, and blood sugar have been observed.

These benefits, along with reductions in weight and body fat percentage resulting from caloric restriction, are known to help reduce the risk of a number of chronic diseases such as heart disease and diabetes. But researchers stress that at this time there is no clear and compelling evidence that caloric restriction for anti-aging will extend lifespan in humans as it does in some other organisms.

Risk Factors Must Be Considered
Caloric restriction for anti-aging cannot be considered risk-free for humans, particularly those who are already lean. Excessive calorie restriction can result in hormonal changes, reduced bone density and muscle mass, fatigue, anemia, dizziness, depression, and lethargy.

Get Rid of Aging Spots

Hydroquinone is the most common ingredient in products designed to fade aging spots on skin. Its use has been banned by countries in the European Union, because of a possible cancer risk, but you will still see it listed as an ingredient in many products manufactured in the US and those sold online. There’s no reason to take the risk.

Other ingredients that are often recommended for aging skin problems include the hydroxy acids. The purpose is to listen and lift off the outermost layer of the epidermis, “revealing” a more youthful looking layer underneath. What the ingredients actually do, in most cases, is cause redness, itching and irritation. Again, there is no reason to take the risk.

The best solutions for aging skin problems are non-irritating and will not increase your risk of cancer. They may actually reduce your risk of skin cancer, because they contain antioxidants. Antioxidants can repair damage done to DNA strands that lead to cancerous formations.

There are several natural ingredients that are known to fade aging spots on skin. Those include avocado oil, Shea butter, the active form of the protein keratin, coenzyme Q10 and nut-grass root.

Nut-grass root is the strongest and is normally recommended for reducing pigmentation on a large area, rather than a single spot. It works by inhibiting melanin production, but since melanin is the skin’s natural protection against sunburn, it is best to avoid nut-grass if you spend a lot of time in the sun.

Coenzyme Q10 is recommended for a number of aging skin problems, including wrinkle reduction, sun damage and roughness. It is an antioxidant that is normally present in all of the cells of the body, but the amount of naturally occurring antioxidants in the skin’s cells decreases with age.

The active form of the protein keratin is a little more difficult to find. Only a few companies include the active form. Most companies that use the ingredient include a denaturalized form that cannot be picked up and used by the skin’s cells. Creams containing the active for can reduce brown aging spots on skin, because they stimulate the cells to produce antioxidants like glutathione and superoxide dismutase.

Shea butter has been recommended for aging skin problems for many years. But, the quality of the creams on the market varies greatly. You need to look for the highest grade of Shea butter, if you want to see the benefit.

In conclusion, avocado oil works to reduce aging spots on skin, because it contains sterolins. Some of the better nighttime creams on the market contain all of these ingredients, except for nut-grass root. If you begin using them, you should see an improvement in as little as two weeks.

Best Aging Skin Treatment

Avocado oil

Avocado oil has been an aging skin treatment since ancient times. It is a wonderful moisturizer that softens and helps to smooth out wrinkles. Recent studies have shown that the oil contains sterolins, which help to fade age spots. They have also found that the oil stimulates the production of collagen, which is important for anyone that wants to reverse skin aging. Collagen production normally slows down with age.

Shea butter

Shea butter is another old remedy that helps reverse skin aging, but the quality and the grade of the natural product varies. When companies use natural ingredients, it is more difficult to control the amount of effective nutrients or other compounds that are included. The concentration can vary greatly. The better manufacturers have each raw ingredient analyzed and choose concentrations that are known to be effective.

Coenzyme Q10

As an aging skin treatment, coenzyme Q10 has been proven effective in several different studies. Over the course of four to six weeks, it has been shown to reduce wrinkling by as much as 30%, while reducing roughness. If you need to reverse skin aging that has been caused by sun damage, coenzyme Q10 is the ingredient of choice. It’s antioxidant activity is unique and highly potent. It can repair damage that has been done over time and prevent further damage from occurring.

Natural Vitamin E

All lotions and creams should contain natural vitamin E, because it is one of the body’s most important antioxidants and because it increases the shelf-life of natural oils like avocado and Shea butter. That means that companies don’t need to use artificial preservatives, which are a primary cause of allergic reactions.

Bioactive Keratin

Clinical trials have shown that bioactive keratin is the most effective anti aging skin treatment. Keratin is a protein found in large amounts in the skin’s epidermis. The epidermis comprises the outer layers, those that we see. The proteins collagen and elastin are found only in the deepest layers. It is not possible to supplement the skin’s collagen and elastin content with topically applied creams.

Bioactive keratin is a special formulation that can be readily absorbed by the skin’s cells. It helps to reverse skin aging in several ways.

Tips on Aging Skin Moisturizers

Did you know that the best aging skin moisturizers are free of petrolatum, mineral oil and paraffin? Actually, no one, regardless of their age, should use lotions or creams containing those ingredients. They are not actually moisturizing. Manufacturers know that, but they continue to use them, because they are cheap. Here’s a look at some of the most moisturizing ingredients available.

Glycerin

Glycerin is used in more expensive lotions and creams, because it is an effective moisturizer. It can improve the skin’s moisture content by about 5%. It can be derived from synthetic or vegetable sources. Either source seems to be effective, but most of us prefer the natural vegetable form, rather than the synthetic.

Avocado Oil

Avocado Oil is an excellent moisturizer, because it is very similar, on a molecular basis, to the skin’s own sebum. Sebum is the natural lubricant produced by the sebaceous glands within the skin’s layers.

Research has shown that avocado oil contains compounds called sterolins that can help reduce age spots. It has also been shown to stimulate the production of collagen, something that normally slows down with age.

Avocado oil is typically found in nighttime aging skin moisturizers for the face. Most people feel that it is a little too heavy for used during the daytime, although it does not cause greasiness or clog the pores.

Coenzyme Q10

Several studies have shown that coenzyme Q10 is effective for reversing wrinkles and roughness caused by sun damage. It is becoming a more common ingredient for anti-aging products of all kinds, but most companies don’t include enough of it. So, they aren’t always effective.

As far as aging skin moisturizers go, coenzyme Q10 has been shown to improve moisture by about 30% over the course of six weeks. It is assumed that all of these benefits are due to the antioxidant activity of COQ10. It is known to repair damage done to cellular DNA by free radical molecules. Dermatologists have said that the molecular damage done by free radicals over the course of a person’s life are the causes of wrinkling, sagging and all of the signs of age.

Shea Butter

Shea butter’s molecular composition is nearly identical to that of the skin’s own sebum, which makes it one of the most effective moisturizing ingredients in the world. The only problem is that many companies use lower grades or add other ingredients that interfere with its beneficial effects.

Aging skin moisturizers that contain a high grade of Shea butter are proven to soften and smooth over the course of four to six weeks. The ingredient is most often found in nighttime creams.

Stop Signs of Aging Skin Now!

When it comes to good nutrition, a number of studies have been conducted recently concerning how different foods may contribute to, prevent or even reverse the signs of aging skin. Let’s start with fish.

Fish, particularly salmon, is recommended by popular anti-aging doctors and nutritionists, alike. Fish provides the protein necessary for building new skin cells and fibers. What many people don’t realize is that the skin’s epidermis is continuously regenerating throughout our lives. The process just gets a little slower as we get older.

Eating fish is also recommended for preventing aging skin, because it contains omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants. Those nutrients fight free radical damage and chronic inflammation, which are two of the causes of cellular aging. One study showed that taking a daily fish oil supplement improved the skin’s firmness by 10% after three months.

Another showed that taking a soy-based supplement, which included fish protein and antioxidants from tea, grape seed and tomato, improved the skin’s structure and firmness after six months. Yet another indicates that the antioxidants found in green tea and some kinds of chocolate improved circulation and hydration, making the skin look smoother.

Eating more fruits and vegetables is recommended for preventing aging skin, because of all of the different antioxidants they provide. Research has shown that the skin’s level of naturally occurring antioxidants gets lower and lower as time goes by. We need to give it all of the help that we can.

Many of the creams and lotions that reduce the signs of aging skin contain antioxidants and other nutrients found in the foods mentioned above. When you apply these nourishing lotions, you are feeding your skin’s cells directly.

The antioxidant coenzyme Q10 has proven benefits for reversing wrinkles and should be helpful for preventing aging skin, as well. Certain proteins, like keratin, but not collagen or elastin, are known to improve the skin’s moisture content and firmness, while reducing inflammation and stimulating the production of antioxidants within the skin’s cells.

Moisturizing oils like avocado and grape seed provide the essential fatty acids necessary for lubrication and protection. Extracts from plants like kelp and algae have been shown to help reduce the signs of aging skin, as well.

Many experts say that avoiding overexposure to the sun is a big part of preventing aging skin, but the use of sunscreen is not that helpful. It really depends on how much time you spend out of doors and how many antioxidants are present in the skin’s layers to counter free radical damage.

Making Anti Aging Skin Care Treatment Effective

If you have been used to, as I was, the mainstream famous name brands that never quite live up to expectation, cost a fortune and do very little, then you are in for a treat.

Don't be put off if you haven’t heard of these ingredients as they are only used in niche anti aging skin care treatment products by companies that don't invest in expensive advertizing but instead put that money into producing and blending the natural finest ingredients.

These include Cynergy TK, Phytessence wakame and Babassu wax to name a few.

Cynergy TK will actually increase your production of collagen and elastin to the levels of your younger days, helping to fade wrinkles and lines and is a breakthrough in modern skin care.

Studies show a sustained 14% improvement in skin moisture retention over 18 days and a sustained improvement in skin elasticity of 42% over 18 days.

Lack of collagen is the reason we age as its production decreases as we get older, with the inevitable wrinkles and bags under the eyes and all the other unwanted signs of aging we don’t want!

Phytessence wakame is an extract from Japanese sea kelp and long prized by the Japanese for its ability to keep the skin looking youthful.

It is proven to increase your skins elasticity and as it contains many vitamins and antioxidants, it will heal any irritated areas while moisturizing deep down to prevent wrinkles and lines from returning.

Babassu wax is another premier ingredient in the best anti aging skin care treatment which softens and soothes your skin, keeping out everyday dirt and grimes and locking in moisture.

It is beneficial for both dry and oily complexions and gently moisturizes the skin without making it oily. It has proven benefits for eczema, itchy, dry and inflamed skin too.

Best Anti Aging Skin Cream

It amazes me the almost all the anti aging skin care on the market today contains chemicals which can damage your health and skin with regular use. I am sure you will find some of the ones listed below on your current skin care.

Mineral oil (paraffin wax, petrolatum), parabens (methyl, propyl) and fragrances which could be any number of thousands of chemicals are present, and also dioxane, known to the state of California to cause cancer.

Another problem with most of the anti aging skin cream products is that they contain collagen. While this sounds good it isn’t as the molecules of collagen are too large to penetrate the skin, leaving no tangible benefit at all.

Instead what you need is an ingredient that will actually stimulate your body to produce more collagen and elastin as they are responsible for younger looking skin and their decreasing production is the main reason we get wrinkles and lines.

The only one that works effectively is called Cynergy TK which is a natural extract from sheep's wool.

This will raise the amount of collagen and elastin levels you produce quite dramatically and lines and wrinkles will fade in just weeks.

Studies show a sustained 14% improvement in skin moisture retention over 18 days and a sustained improvement in skin elasticity of 42% over 18 days.

The best anti aging skin cream should also contain Phytessence wakame, an amazing extract from sea kelp and even eaten daily in its native Japan for its healing qualities.

What actually is Resveratrol Ultra?

It is known that hydrochloric acid eats the Resveratrol before it can be absorbed into the blood stream. It converts Resveratrol in its active form to an inactive form that is not absorbed.

Resveratrol ultra under higher pressure and higher pH becomes twisted as it passing through the stomach. Resveratrol pills are coated with enteric coats because when taken orally generally it looses its potency, when it reacts with hydrochloric acid. An enteric coat prevents it from getting disintegrated before time.

The composition of the resveratrol supplement is very important along with potency of the extract. It is believed that red wine resveratrol extract combined with vital elements is the most potent anti aging to extract on the earth. To reap the maximum benefits of resveratrol, the contents of the resveratrol ultra supplement have to be very naturally concentrated like the one within the red wine.

As it is very potent thus the person using it generally needs a good mix of many vital nutrients is required. Ingredients like Vitamin C and E and mineral like phosphorous and calcium included in the compound make it more potent source of anti aging skin. Resveratrol is the best antioxidant, which helps you to engulf fat and other fat soluble compounds like Vitamin D and Vitamin K.

There are certain conditions under which it works better. These are - a combination of resveratrol with essential minerals and vitamins. However, a balanced diet is needed to ensure that resveratrol work well and effectively.

Is Resveratrol Ultra Essential?

Often these resveratrol pills are seemed to possess an enteric coating on it. In the stomach, the hydrochloric acid often eats up the resveratrol thus diminishing the potency of the wonder drug. So to keep it unchanged throughout the process of absorption in the market it is given an enteric coat.

As resveratrol is very potent thus the person using it generally needs a good mix of many vital nutrients is required. Ingredients like Vitamin C and E and mineral like phosphorous and calcium included in the compound make it more potent source of anti aging skin.

Almost 50% of all supplements are high on subsidiary ingredients but resveratrol ingredients are different thus they want a different treatment. Resveratrol is the greatest anti oxidant to ensure an all-round health.

Resveratrol ultra supplement is the best to ensure that you have a great heart condition, a stable blood pressure, a faster metabolism to ensure that one looses fat at faster and healthy way. To reap the maximum benefits of resveratrol, the contents of the resveratrol supplement have to be very naturally concentrated like the one within the red wine.

These are the conditions that are to be met to make that resveratrol supplements work really faster to achieve anti aging properties. This is the combination of resveratrol with essential minerals and vitamins. However, a balanced diet is needed to ensure that resveratrol work well and effectively.

Skin Care Products Review

Beautiful looking skin and good skin health are very important to every one of us. The skin is a very visible part of the body and often is associated with attractiveness and health. It is no wonder that finding a skin care product that performs as advertised is important, whether it is to cure a skin problem or disease or simply for daily skin maintenance.

Manufacturers of skin care products will always advertise that they have the best skin care product, the most effective product, the product with the best ingredients, etc. Can you blame them? The skin care industry is a multi-billion dollar industry worldwide. With the aging baby boomer population, the skin care industry is experiencing additional growth in many areas. There is a lot of money to be made.

The best advice for consumers of skin care products is to follow a regime of trial and error. Focus on a product line that you require, for example, products for dry skin. Within that product line, choose a reasonably priced product. Try it for a couple of weeks or up to a month. If it performs well then you can continue to use it or try something else. Too often we become familiar or comfortable with a product and refuse to try an alternative. We are too fearful of changing products and risking a relapse of the skin care problem. Because of this fear we often do not find the best skin care product and settle for average results at best.

Resveratrol and Cancer

In assorted experiments and researches, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, blood-sugar-lowering and other advantageous cardio aftermath of resveratrol have been reported. Resveratrol is in the skin of red grapes and is a constituent of red wine.
So Resveratrol can fight against cancer being an anti cancer? In current studies, scientists tried to treat pancreatic cancer with resveratrol by experimenting cancerous cells with resveratrol and without resveratrol at a comparatively high dose of 50 mg/ml, together with ionizing radiation. They evaluated the mitochondria function of the cells treated with resveratrol, and also measured apoptosis (cell death), the level of reactive oxygen species in the cells, and how the cell membranes answered to the antioxidant.

The Experiments showed that :
Lowered the function of proteins in the pancreatic cancer cell surfaces that are in charge of pumping chemotherapy out of the cell, making the cells chemo-sensitive.
Triggered the production of reactive oxygen species ( ROS ), which are substances circulating in the body that have been implicated in a number of sicknesses : when ROS is increased, cells burn out and die.
Caused apoptosis, which is likely the result of increased ROS.
Depolarized the mitochondrial membranes, which indicates a dip in the cell's potential to function. Radiation alone does not harm the mitochondrial surface.

The results showed that Resveratrol can stop the cancer development on the cells interfering with the malignancy cell's energy source. Their experiments also showed that Resveratrol protects normal tissue by manufacturing antioxidation action to make absolutely sure biochemical properties more effective.
Due to this and many health benefits like weightloss, anti diabetics, etcetera Resveratrol supplement demands have been growing in the market these days.

Neck Anti Wrinkle Cream You Can Buy

Skin on your neck and jowls are usually just as hard if not harder to tighten and reduce wrinkling than around and under your eyes.

As the tissues lose collagen and elastin proteins it's structure, strength and elasticity degrades so it droops, sags and wrinkles. This loose skin is difficult to tighten up because it covers such a large area. However, the following substances have been scientifically proven to firm loose neck skin by increasing collagen and elastin protein cells.

Last year a small New Zealand Company discovered a unique way to convert natural keratin into a bio-active form known as functional keratin"(TM)". This new ingredient has several properties, but its main focus is to stimulate re-growth of more collagen and elastin protein cells.

Another innovative ingredient is Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ10 a new version of CoQ10, which is a natural nutrient and powerful antioxidant. Here again the substance is readily available to the skin because of its special 'nano-emulsion' delivery system that enables it to penetrate through seven dermal layers, to again stimulate re-growth of collagen and elastin protein tissues.

You can firm up sagging neck skin using these two excellent substances. However, you have to give them a little time to work effectively. Therefore, it's in your best interest to apply them at least once every day.

Take Years Off Your Eye Wrinkles

It's a threefold problem… collagen and elastin protein cells degrade every day, and they don't get replenished to the same extent as when you were younger. It's the same with your hyaluronic acid, low levels allows free radical damage to cause oxidative stress. The third issue is moisture loss from the skin creating dryness that leads to fine lines and wrinkles.

You can take years off eye wrinkles and make facial skin look more youthful by using the very best natural substances specially designed for this most frustrating area of the face.

Collagen and elastin proteins can be increased naturally around and under your eyes to increase tissue structure, strength and elasticity with these 2 specifically designed anti-aging, anti-wrinkle substances.

The first is Cynergy TK"(TM)", which is relatively new. It's developed by New Zealand Company and includes a unique patented ingredient called functional keratin"(TM)". Scientific clinical trials have confirmed this product can re-grow collagen and elastin protein cells deep within the dermis.

The second is a type coenzymeQ10, you have probably heard CoQ10 before. But, you more than likely haven't heard of this "nano-emulsion" form called Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ10. Here again it can produce more collagen and elastin protein cells and rejuvenates skin tissue to help reduce wrinkles.

Phytessence Wakame is a type of sea kelp used by the Japanese for centuries as a food additive and facial skin treatment. It helps inhibit hyaluronidase an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid in skin. This acid is essential in maintaining tissue elasticity and smoothness, and helps reduce the effects of oxidative stress.

To help reduce moisture loss use emollients and natural oils to hydrate, moisturize and nourish under and around your eyes. A couple to look out for are D-panthenol, Homeo Age"(TM)", Macadamia Oil and Grapeseed Oil.

Two other substances specially designed to help people suffering from excessive puffiness, sagging bags and dark circles around and under their eyes are Eyeliss"(TM)" and Haloxyl"(TM)". Both these ingredients are clinically proven to improve these problems significantly.

Anti Aging Wrinkle Creams

Cosmetic companies want your money - at any cost. One main component of many anti aging creams is collagen. We naturally produce collagen in our skin, and as we age, the skin's ability to produce collagen lessens. Collagen is what gives skin strength and elasticity. The collagen that makes up part of these creams comes from animal sources. What these companies do not tell you is that collagen cannot penetrate the skin, and is washed off when we shower or bath and so to say, the softer, younger you is thrown out with the bath water! Collagen is an important anti aging protein, and it is best you stick to products that include ingredients that regenerate natural collagen.

Another anti aging component is elastin. Like collagen, elastin is naturally produced by the body. Elastin is what gives our skin its elasticity; returning skin to its original position when poked or pinched. If you plan on getting an anti aging cream with elastin, do not waste your time. Both elastin and collagen protiens are too large to penetrate the skin. As will collagen, find a product that helps regenerate elastin naturally in the skin.

Skin aging is caused by many things from the fat content of the skin to dehydration to the lack of collagen produced in the skin. When a company says their product gives you everything you need to lessen your wrinkles and tighten your skin, make sure you read the ingredients. Most anti aging creams do little more than temporarily cover up your skin. If the truth be known, you probably would need a variety of different products used together to help maintain good skin health. Who wants to spend all the money it would cost to get all these products?

If you are serious of improving your skin, getting rid of wrinkles and aging skin, then stop looking at the hype many cosmetic companies throw at you. They are ripping you off with products that do not help. Visit my website and get valuable information on products that will get the job done right. Do not spend another penny on worthless hyped-up creams.

Anti Aging Skin Care Treatment

Most of the anti aging skin care treatment products available in the market do not give the desired results that they have promised in advertisements on television and glossy magazines.

They do not contain the effective natural ingredients the are vital for skin rejuvenation, and have just gained publicity and market share by getting their products endorsed by popular celebrities who have not themselves even applied the products once!

Here are some of the important points that you must consider before you invest your hard earned money on the best anti aging skin treatment products -

1) Make sure that the anti aging skin care treatment products that you use do not contain harmful chemicals and substances in them that have damaging consequences on overall health. For example, many harmful chemicals such as parabens, fragrances, alcohols, dioxanes and mineral oils are used in skin care products that you should avoid at any cost.

The harms they cause are very severe. They are known to cause skin allergies, rashes, irritation, dryness and acne eruptions. Fragrances are known to cause depression, anxiety, hormonal disturbances and disruptions in the normal functioning of the central nervous system.

Best Anti-Aging Skin Creams

If the advertising claims suggest that the product will provide instant results, then it is not one of the best anti-aging skin creams. It's a cosmetic "trick".

For years, cosmetic companies used special pigments that prevent reflection and make the face look smoother than it actually is. Now, they have added an ingredient called argireline to these pigments. Typically advertised as safe "Botox" alternatives, a cream containing argireline is not actually an anti-aging skin cream.

One of the theories about wrinkle formation is that they are caused by habitual facial expressions. It is now believed that while they may play a very small role, facial expressions are not an underlying cause of wrinkles, but Botox injections, which paralyze the facial muscles, and argireline, which has similar effects, are still popular.

A real anti-aging skin cream might provide some instant results, because it is possible to prevent those reflections, without using pigments, but it will also support the natural cell renewal process, fight free radical damage, increase the production of collagen and elastin, while protecting levels of amino acids that are responsible for the skin's firmness.

In other words, the best anti-aging skin creams address the issues that actually cause wrinkles and sagging. Skin-cell production slows down with age. More free radicals are present in older cells. Decreasing levels of hyaluronic acid (an amino) are seen in older faces. But, these are not things that we must just learn to accept. We can counter ALL of these issues. We just have to find the right anti-aging skin cream.

The ingredients to look for include CYNERGY-TK, HEQ10 and wakame kelp. The effectiveness of these three ingredients is supported by clinical studies and good science. Anti Aging Skin Care Products

Petrolatum vs. Grape Seed Oil

Petrolatum does not penetrate the skin, so it is not an effective moisturizer. To increase firmness, we need to increase the moisture content. Grape seed oil does penetrate and is very similar to human sebum. It also dries to a thin lightweight film that helps to lock in the moisture, while preventing dirt and pollutants from clogging the pores.

So, grape seed oil is the best choice for an anti aging skin care product.

Urea vs. Maracuja

The average anti aging skin care products contains urea, plant and animal waste that is the primary component of urine. They include it, because it has been used for many years to soften the skin on the bottom of the feet. It is relatively non-toxic, but it should not be used on broken skin.

Maracuja, a special Brazilian passion fruit extract, is structurally very similar to human skin. It is rich in essential fatty acids, which leave your skin feeling soft and velvety.

Maracuja is a better choice for anti aging skin care products than urea. It even sounds better.

Artificial Preservatives vs. Natural Antioxidants

I know of more than one anti aging skin care product that claims to contain antioxidants, but the truth is a little different. Artificial preservatives are technically antioxidants, but they are not the antioxidants that are important for the skin’s health. In fact, they are irritating and damaging.

The best anti aging skin care products contain a variety of natural antioxidants including natural vitamin E. The synthetic types are not as effective. Natural vitamin E also works to prevent spoilage of the other ingredients.

If you want the best anti aging skin care product, look for one that contains HEQ10. It is a patented formula that contains nano-particles of coenzyme Q10 and vitamin E. These particles can penetrate deeply repairing and preventing free radical damage.

Benefits of Anti Aging Products

Although the benefits of vitamin C (an anti-oxidant) are well documented, it is still debated as to what our daily amount should be. The main problem when using any skin care treatments which use vitamin C is that oxidization can occur as soon as they have contact with the air.

To overcome this problem, manufacturers use alternative skin care treatments that still provide the same benefits but not the high manufacturing costs. These alternative products are not as effective as vitamin C but vitamin E and lipoic acid are anti-oxidants and are now being used.

Vitamin E is found in the blood and is an antioxidant that is also used to increase the body's defenses against other health problems; one particular disease it may help to prevent is certain types of cancer. Lipoic acid is found in every single human cell and helps provide energy; it can help reverse much of the damage caused to the skin by ageing.

The use of plants has not been overlooked either with many types able to provide essences called phytochemicals which have proved successful in anti aging skin care products. A further benefit of these phytochemicals is their ability to prevent the onset of certain cancers; examples of these are:

* Prostate Cancer

* Cancer of the Breast

* Cancer of the Bowel

These three types of cancer are also becoming a global problem.

It has also been discovered that there are anti aging benefits to vitamins B5, B6 and B12. This is a vast area that has the potential for many new anti aging skin care products and services in the future but research needs to continue. There is no doubt that what has been learned so far is only a small part of the jigsaw puzzle; there is still a long way to go however, before methods that successfully reduce the effects of age are commonplace.

Anti Aging Skin Care Guide

I get dizzy with the selection of anti aging skin cream, botox alternatives, as well as body lotion and creams available on the market. What are these products, and which ones are right for you? How do you know which products to buy?

I have spent a lot of my time and money looking for the “magical” products that work.

Finally, I decided to keep it simple, learn about the ingredients that will treat the needs of my skin, and use the process of elimination to avoid the products with toxic ingredients that I don’t want or need.

I researched the web, library and consulted various medical references to learn about aging. I was stunned at some of my findings and that’s when I decided to create this anti aging skin care guide.

Keep in mind that the key to any anti aging skin care treatment is to keep it simple.

- Eat a healthy, high-fiber / low-fat diet

- Drink plenty of water

- Exercise at least 20 minutes a day, three to five days a week

- Know what ingredients are in your skin care products, and how they affect your skin

A healthy diet and exercise is anti aging because it provides your entire body with the antioxidants it needs.

Most importantly, you need to know what ingredients should not be in the skin care products you use.

Toxin ingredients to avoid are:

Triclosan

Triclosan is widely used in skin care products and weed killers. Yes, weed killers. Can you believe it? I am amazed to learn that it is an anti-bacterial agent, and there is evidence that it may contribute to creating strains of bacteria that are resistant to antibiotics, due to its wide use in skincare products.

Dioxane

Dioxane is commonly used in skin care products, and usually contains high concentrations of 1,4-dioxane. 1,4-dioxane is easily absorbed through the skin. In the state of California, 1,4-dioxane is considered a chemical known to cause cancer.

Mineral Oil

Mineral oil is used by skin care manufacturers because it is cheap. Mineral oil clogs the pores and stops your skin’s ability to eliminate toxins, inviting acne and other disorders. Products made with mineral oil can be contaminated with cancer causing PAH’s, (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons).

I now have a better understanding of why so many more people are getting various cancers than we were 10 or 20 years ago.

On a positive note, lets look at ingredients that should definitely be in the products your use within your anti aging skin care treatment.

Ingredients to look for

Coenzyme Q10

Also known as Nano-Lipoelle H-EQ10, which is a vitamin-like substance that is in each cell of our bodies, and is vital for healthy skin. Coenzyme Q10 diminishes as we get older as well as when we are stressed.

Nano-Lipoelle H-EQ10, penetrates deeply into the skin. It has also been confirmed by scientific studies to increase collagen and elastin production in the skin which reduces wrinkles.

We spend a lot of energy examining the products that we consume into our bodies, and most of us don’t think about what we put on the outside of our bodies. When we use skin care products on our skin, the ingredients are absorbed into our bodies.

Remember, too that when you purchase an anti aging skin care treatment, you are also paying for the packaging. Big manufacturers use elaborate packaging which can significantly increase the expense associated with different products.

Anti Aging Skin Care System

You never really get a clear cut look at what went in to the forming of the conductor’s opinion, because they usually don’t really know what caused them to feel this way either. If the person writing the anti aging skin care review had taken the time to study the ingredients and understood them, they would be better able to translate the cause behind their experience, whether good or bad.

So let’s cover some ground on what makes a good anti aging skin care system. It is my belief that any cosmetic should be judged solely on the quality of the ingredients that it contains. Too many times you come across a line which claims to contain only the purest of organic ingredients only to find out that the products are chock full of unnecessary chemical additives.

You’ll notice as I alluded to earlier that there is very little mentioned in the average anti aging skin care review about the ingredients. The reason most people don’t understand what it is that is in the products that their using is that nobody can read and understand the label. The manufacturers are under no obligation to explain to you what is in their product.

As a matter of fact, most manufacturers probably wouldn’t want you to know what it was that you were putting on your skin. The additives used in the average anti aging skin care system can cause severe allergic reactions in some people, including the popular and ever present collagen. Most people don’t know about the allergen threat because the manufacturers are under no regulatory obligation to mention it.

There are a few companies who are doing the right thing, and who are actually producing lines of all natural products. They are also willing to stand behind the claim that their products are hypo-allergenic. It’s a wonder to me why you don’t hear about the fine products that these companies are producing when you read an anti aging skin care review.

It always seems as though you get all of the negative feedback about a company or product, but positive feedback falls by the wayside. There are companies out there who are on the cutting edge when technology when it comes to the research and developing a new anti aging skin care system.

Products Safe Enough to Eat?

Ironically, I found only one company that basically stated that the ingredients it uses in its anti aging skin care products were 'Safe enough to eat'. Now of course, they aren't meant to use on your face and also take a bite. But the fact is that is a real bold statement. But I researched their entire line and guess what? What they said is true. And surprisingly they are not that expensive. But I will happily pay a little more if the skin care products work. And after testing them, they certainly do work and no wonder the ingredients are for a fact natural.

Advertising Hype

It is a very gloomy fact that other skin care companies don't do the same. The reason is most companies spend most of their budget not on development of a better product but on advertising hype. Usually they are sold on TV infomercials, home shopping channels or in fancy department stores. This causes a big retail mark-up. But you do get a fancy box and it smells very nice.

Best Source for Anti Aging Products

But the best anti aging products that I found, as mentioned, is not sold on TV or in high class overpriced stores but they come directly from the manufacturer. The one I am talking about also manufactures a superior line of nutritional supplements. So it makes sense that they care about what goes in your body as well as what goes on your skin. What goes on your skin can be absorbed eventually into your blood stream.

Natural?

Many of us can assume that if the anti aging products say, "natural" they must be the best.
Read the fine print. You may unknowingly be exposing yourself to harmful, harsh chemicals.
The ingredients may even contain things that could be dangerous or somehow damage your skin. Skin on your face gets thinner as we age. You must settle for nothing but the best anti aging skin care products.

Advertising Can Mislead

Just because a company says it is selling the best anti aging skin care products and their ingredients come from natural souces doesn't mean that is exactly the case. The reason is: anti aging natural skin care products are not meant to be eaten or consumed internally therefore are not under the watchful eye of the FDA. It is the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) that oversees them. And if no one complains to them they do nothing.

Arbonne Anti-Aging Treatments

The idea of beauty, grace, health and happiness are often associated with how we perceive ourselves and how other people view us. In defining beauty, many people still believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. However, what better situation is there that being able to confidently prove that we are indeed beautiful while at the same time, others also think the same way about us. The concept of beauty has long been connected to the idea of youth. Most of us believe that if we look younger, we look healthier, better, and more attractive. However, we also need to accept the fact that time does take a toll on us, especially on our skin and on our looks.

For anti-aging products and general skin care, Arbonne is one of the most heard names. Arbonne started in Switzerland in 1975. Arbonne's products have been used by many in the past decades and the company had been proud of their skin care line based on natural and organic products. The company is known internationally and has distributors in many parts of the world. Arbonne offers different products for skin care and one of the company's top sellers are anti-aging products.

For general skin care, it is important to choose a company which has been established in the market based on users and consumers feedback. Although the company history matter, the effectivity and efficiency of the products must be tested. Once tested, one can have the confidence is continuing the use of skin care products such as night and day creams, skin vitamins, sun protection products, cosmetics, anti aging treatments, toners, cleansers, and other skin formula. The secret to having great skin is the ability of these products to be effective and accessible to most. If a product claims to remove stretch marks, then it should. If it claims to create younger looking skin, then the product should do just that. The credibility factor is important for both anti-aging product lines and skin care companies.

Even if there are times when we want to stop time so we will not age, we cannot do that. Time flows and so does our looks. One myth, though, is the belief that we can do nothing when it comes to challenging the effects of time. In the field of beauty, technology and innovation has equipped us with additional armor. We now have numerous anti-aging products that may not stop time but may definitely give us youthful skin and health.

The most common problems of men and women today is the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, skin discoloration, stretch marks and other impurities that changes our physical looks. Some people may have tried numerous products out in the market today and most of these people can attest to which anti-aging products are effective and which are not.

With a wide variety of choices for anti-aging products, the great number of consumers are given more options to choose the best products for them. Accessibility to these anti-aging miracle formula aid in spreading the products themselves. Yet, we should choose carefully and critically especially when it involves our health and beauty.

Anti Aging Natural Skin Care Products

If I could not eat it, I do not want to rub it all over myself. Why? Because, the pores absorb most chemicals and when used every day, they begin to build up in the body. In some cases, anti aging natural skin care products might not cause an immediate allergic reaction, but with continued use there can be rashes, itching and even more serious damage.

Take sunscreen, for example. Often highly touted as a step in the best anti aging skin care routine, its use is now considered questionable. Studies have shown that while decreasing your risk of basal and squamous cell, it increases your risk of melanoma, the most deadly form of skin-cancer. That's pretty serious damage.

So, if the anti aging natural skin care products that you are looking at contain an SPF rating, forget them. One problem is that in order to be effective, they must be reapplied. Yet cosmetic companies think that it's a good idea to include them in women's foundation. How many women reapply that every couple of hours? Not many, I'm sure.

The best anti aging skin care should nourish your cells, not damage them. Vitamins, minerals, co-enzymes, antioxidants and other nutrients are just as important to your face as they are to your inner body. Think of it as feeding the skin-organ, because that is what it is.

If you are sensitive or prone to allergic reactions, then naturally occurring ingredients are the right choice, of course, but there are few regulations regarding what a company can call their items. My definition of anti aging natural skin care products is this.

They should contain nothing artificial, no fragrances, no mineral oils and no preservatives. The ingredients should be derived from plants or other carefully chosen substances, such as sheep's wool extract and proteins. Only the best anti aging skin care creams can meet these criteria.

Some company's idea of anti aging natural skin care products are way off base, in my opinion. Do you want to use something that is derived from hooves, feathers, cow hide and other animal parts? Sure, they might be naturally occurring, but how could that be good for my body.

Anti Aging Skin Care Products

Many anti aging skin care products do not perform as promised. Some of them only moisturize and several are not even very good at that.
The "collagen kit" as it is called was supposed to remove fine lines, lessen wrinkles, enhance the lips and soften crow's feet around the eyes.

We all have collagen and elastin in our skin.

As we age, we lose collagen due to the sun, the wind and other environmental factors.

Cow collagen can not replace what we have lost.

It works in injections in sort of the same way that you would blow up a balloon. It does not work in creams.

Parabens are preservatives that a company may still use in anti aging skin care product, even though they have been banned in several countries, because they are believed to drive cancer tumor growth.

Diethanolamine, monoethanolamine and triethananolamine or the abbreviations DEA, MEA and TEA are sometimes used in anti aging skin care products to adjust pH levels, even though they too are believed to cause cancer and there use is restricted in Europe and many countries around the world.

Dioxane is another cancer causing ingredient that you may see.

It is sometimes used to make harsh ingredients milder.

Ingredients to Look For in an Anti Aging Skin Care Product

Cynergy TK is a patented form of keratin which has been shown in clinical trials to stimulate collagen growth, regenerate elastin and increase production of new skin-cells.

Wakame is a type of sea kelp that is clinically proven to increase levels of hyaluronic acid to those of a much younger person, thus improving elasticity, reducing bags and healing dryness and irritation.

Nano-lipobelle H EQ10 is an emulsion of vitamin E and COQ10, which is used by skin-cells to counter the effects of the sun and oxidative stress.

Stearyl and cetearyl waxes keep moisture in and create a fine thin coating that protects your face from further damage.

Only the best anti aging skin care products contain all of these ingredients.

Cost and Guarantees

Anti aging skin care products that are highly advertised or have celebrity endorsements cost more, not because of the quality ingredients they contain, but because the majority of their budget goes to pay for commercials.

COQ-10 is an expensive ingredient, but if not properly combined with vitamin E, it cannot be absorbed through the pores.

If the company does not guarantee your satisfaction, look for one that will.

The best anti aging skin care product that we have seen offers a full 90 day satisfaction guarantee.

We didn't find a single person that was satisfied with these anti aging skin care products.

And, I believe I know why.

First of all, the Home Shopping Network is great for jewelry, clothing and similar items.

But, when you are looking for an anti aging skin care product, you have to be able to read the fine print.

You should be able to answer these questions: What are the ingredients? What are the guarantees? What research do they have to back up their claims? Why does it cost so much?

If you skip the homework, you will end up dissatisfied and possibly with more skin problems than you had before.

Ingredients to Avoid

Purified water is often the primary ingredient in anti aging skin care products and cosmetics of all types.

It's fine, but it doesn't "do" anything for you.

Alcohols of various types are usually listed. Ethanol, ethyl, methanol, benzyl and isopropyl are all forms of alcohol and they are all drying.

The collagen fiber that many companies list as an ingredient in their anti aging skin care product line is derived from cow skin and is ineffective.

Anti Aging Products

It is important when choosing the best anti aging products that you choose ones that are going to be effective and best suited for your skin, which will largely depend on the particular skin type that you have. By taking a bit of time and browsing around at your options you will be able to find the perfect anti aging product and keep yourself looking youthful and fresh.

Nutrition is the basis of health and anti aging, but there are a lot of other issues that you need to take into consideration here as well. There are literally thousands of different best anti aging products available on the market today that you can choose from, a few in particular which are especially worthwhile. You want to find anti aging solutions that work, that are effective and safe, high quality, natural, and which are best suited to your own specific needs.

Tips

Glucosamine is basically an alternative to these AHAs and is also important to look for in the best anti aging products. Glucosamine is a molecule that is made of glucose and amine, and which is produced naturally in the body. Glucosamine works by stimulating cartilage cells to produce two particular proteins that help to hold joint tissue together, thereby helping the skin to retain its young and youthful appearance.

When shopping for the best anti aging products you should also be looking for essential oils as ingredients, and in any anti aging product essential oils work fabulously by cleansing, healing, balancing and are also antifungal. The stimulating properties of these essential oils work by oxygenating the blood and energizing cells.

Vitamin C is also incredibly effective as an anti aging ingredient, and potentially Vitamin C can benefit the skin in two important ways, one for the synthesis of collagen and secondly it is an antioxidant which can help to reduce skin damage caused by free radicals.

There are a few tips that are going to help you pick out the best anti aging products. For one, you want to remember that there are certain naturally safe and effective anti aging ingredients that you will want to look for in any anti aging products you are considering.

Alpha Hydroxy Acids are derived from plant source or milk and are going to be effective in any anti aging product. They work by breaking down the intercellular glue that holds dead skin cells together, thereby helping to increase skin cell turnover rate and revealing brighter, smoother and softer skin.

Skin Care Guides

Exercise.

Lack of exercise not only adds cellulite, it can make your skin look puffy. Regular, daily exercise will improve your blood circulation, and this helps to improve overall muscle tone--which directly affects your skin's appearance. Firm muscles lead to smooth, radiant skin.

Cut back sugar intake.

Excess sugar in your diet can actually damage your skin's supply of collagen. Damaged collagen results in the wrinkles and saggy skin that we wish to avoid. By cutting back the amount of sugar you consume each day--putting one spoonful of sugar in your coffee instead of three, for instance--you'll go a long way toward rejuvenating your skin.

Use skin care products that stimulate collagen growth.

Directly addressing the issue of collagen is perhaps the most important element of my anti aging skin care guide. Although losing collagen is accepted as a natural part of growing older, it doesn't have to be. I've discovered a powerful anti aging skin care treatment that can actually reverse this process and stimulate collagen production, virtually eliminating wrinkles and improving your skin's elasticity.

Drink more water.

Drinking the recommended eight glasses of water a day will improve your hydration and digestive processes. These important processes remove toxins and waste products from your body, contributing toward a clearer complexion. So instead of reaching for that can of soda, grab a water bottle: it's a basic step of any anti aging skin care treatment plan.

Add more fiber to your diet.

If you're like most of us, you aren't eating enough fiber--the average person consumes only 12 grams of fiber per day. Fiber, like water, aids in digestion. Start eating whole grains, nuts and seeds, and beans and legumes as part of your daily diet, and you'll soon notice a positive difference in your skin.

Anti Aging Nutrition Habits

Here are 5 tips to teach you to find the building blocks for age-proof skin right in your own kitchen. And don't worry, all of the foods I'm suggesting are not only great for your skin (and for your health in general), but they're also quite tasty.

Eat colorful foods.

Colorful foods like tomatoes and berries usually make their way into our diets because they taste good. The good news is that they also pack a tremendous antioxidant punch, so much so that the USDA has developed a scale to measure the antioxidant power of various fruits and vegetables. The top winners? Cinnamon, berries, apples and beans. This is good news, because the potent phytochemicals in these foods protect your skin from the damaging influences of cigarette smoke, sun-exposure and free-radicals.

Drink lots of water – and while you're at it, don't skip the tea.

If you make only one change in 2009, start drinking a few more glasses of water each day. When your body is well-hydrated, it can do the work of repairing free-radical damage and getting rid of toxins sans impediment. Amp up your liquid intake even more by adding a daily cup or two of tea – especially green tea. It's a tasty way to stay hydrated, and it packs a proven antioxidant punch that has had scientists singing its praises for years. Tea - truly a guilt free indulgence.

Take your vitamins.

It's no coincidence that the best vitamins for your skin are also the best cancer-fighting antioxidants. Look for a formula that includes beta-carotene, Vitamins C, E, B-complex, biotin, lutein and zinc.

Load up on foods that contain good fat.

Give your skin a lift by including the right kinds of fat in your diet. Good fats that come from foods like avocados, nuts, olive oil, fish and especially flax seeds are the building blocks to healthy skin. As an added bonus, these foods are also high in skin damage-fighting antioxidants.

But don't put that into your body! Avoiding smoking is a no-brainer for beautiful skin. But what about sugar, red meat and dairy products? A good rule of thumb is to replace animal fats in your diet with the high quality vegetable and fish fats I mentioned earlier. The more natural your diet, the better off your skin will be – that means avoiding preservatives and artificial colorings, and limiting your alcohol intake to no more than 1-2 drinks per day.

Quick Anti Aging

Would you feel more confident, happier, in touch with your young spirit? Well, here is a quick anti aging skin care guide which will help you do just that. First we must understand what causes our skin to lose its shine and firmness as we age. There are multiple factors at play here.

- Drink plenty of water: Our skin consists of approximately 70% water. Drinking water will not only keep it nourished, it will improve other bodily functions also.

- Moisturize: Apply a good, natural moisturizer on your face and gently massage to get it absorbed deep inside.

- Avoid over exposure to the sun. Apply a sun screen if you are going to be out in the sun for extended periods of time.

The primary factor is that the production of Collagen and Elastin (two essential proteins that make up our skin) slows down in our bodies as we age. This causes the skin to wrinkle and sag in places. It also starts losing its essential oils as we get older.

An anti aging skin care guide will be incomplete without touching upon the organic ingredients essential for a youthful skin. Grapeseed oil is another natural substance which is very good for skin health. It is a powerful antioxidant and helps fight the damage caused by free radicals. It also helps preserve moisture by forming a thin, invisible film on the surface of the skin. When evaluating a skin care product, you should look for ingredients which enhance the production of Collagen and Elastin in the body. Cynergy TK has been clinically proven to do so. It is also a good sign if the anti aging skin care treatment you are using includes plant based oils such as avocado and macadamia. These oils hydrate the skin naturally without using any harsh chemicals.

Simple Anti Aging Guides

Stay out of the sun, especially between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. This is the time when the sun's UV rays (which are the most harmful for your skin) reach their strongest peak. Don't be fooled by cloudy skies, because UV radiation can pass through the clouds, as it can pass through water as well. So, don't assume you are safe if you are in the water and feeling cool.

If you can't avoid sun exposure, use sunscreen, but don't overdo it. Sunscreen lotions are rated according to the Sun Protection Factor (SPF), ranging from 2 to 30 or higher. The higher the number, the longer the protection from the sun. A lotion with an SPF 15 or higher, is considered to offer adequate protection. However, sunscreens contain chemicals harmful for your skin, so be warned that long term use of sunscreens might ultimately do more harm than good. So, my advice is to use sunscreens sparingly and only if you can't avoid exposure to the sun.

Drink plenty of water , at least 8 glasses a day. As you probably know, 70% of our body consists of water, so, maintaining that level of hydration is crucial to the health of our skin, being the largest organ of our body.

Always wear protective clothing. When exposed to the sun rays, always make sure you wear a hat with a wide brim which shades your neck, ears, eyes and head. In addition, wear sunglasses which block 99 to 100% of UV rays.

Avoid artificial tanning. Stay away from sunlamps and tanning beds, as well as tanning pills and tanning makeup. You probably don't know this, so be aware that tanning pills have a color additive that turns your skin orange after you take them. This color additive may be harmful. Also, be aware that tanning makeup products are not sunscreen lotions and therefore will not protect your skin from the sun.

An anti aging skin care guide would not be complete, if I didn't mention the importance of diet. You see, a lot of damage to the skin is caused by the so called free radicals, which, in simple terms, are large molecules which damage cells in our body, including skin cells. A diet rich in dark green, leafy, vegetables such as spinach and broccoli will counteract the damage caused by these free radicals.

And the last, never smoke or quit smoking now if you are stuck to cigarettes.
